I'm assuming all you need are the messages, but me know if more info is required.
The only things I change names and values for dubs/effect colors.
Note: Games are listed in a common English title/alternate title developer. I know the standard procedure for adding characters to MUGEN, and have successfully added several, but I keep getting error messages on every HDBZ char I add in. If multiple players are involved, players generally fight against each other.
